MaxJet 5 Cutting Head Nozzle Bodies

These nozzle bodies allow the use of DP3000 (Ruby) and IDE-III (Diamond) mixing chambers on MaxJet 5 Tilt-a-Jet cutting head assemblies. These custom nozzle bodies create the exact length as the original MaxJet 5 cutting heads, to maintain the same Tool Center Point (TCP) for accurate tapered cutting.

Use F300-K0204-0000 to connect the IWP DP3000 Ruby insert mixing chamber to the MaxJet 5 Tilt-a-Jet cutting head.

Use F300-K0210-0000 to connect the H2O Jet IDE-III Diamond mixing chamber to the MaxJet 5 Tilt-a-Jet cutting head. A 3 inch, .281" abrasive nozzle will need to be used to maintain the same Tool Center Point.
